1. TV arrived damaged (large white band on left)
2. Called LG.
3. Technician (John) came over, said it was damaged, needed new panel.
4. We told technician to order panel. He did but later said we needed to call LG again.
5. We called LG again, spoke to new technician (Henry), who ordered panel
6. Henry ordered a new panel.
7. The panel "arrived broken"
8. Henry ordered another panel.
9. Panel "arrived broken"
10. Repeat again.
11. Henry said we could replace TV
12. We sent Henry proof of purchase
13. Nothing happens.
14. I call LG, they say they are working on it.
15. I call again, they call back - they want more proof of purchase...
16. We send it again...it just keeps going and going...
