1. TV arrived damaged (large white band on left)

2. Called LG.

3. Technician (John) came over, said it was damaged, needed new panel.

4. We told technician to order panel. He did but later said we needed to call LG again.

5. We called LG again, spoke to new technician (Henry), who ordered panel

6. Henry ordered a new panel.

7. The panel "arrived broken"

8. Henry ordered another panel.

9. Panel "arrived broken"

10. Repeat again.

11. Henry said we could replace TV

12. We sent Henry proof of purchase

13. Nothing happens.

14. I call LG, they say they are working on it.

15. I call again, they call back - they want more proof of purchase...

16. We send it again...it just keeps going and going...

Had same issue got 65 inch tv and it worked for less then 2 weeks and panel was cracked..I did not notice the crack it was so small until the lg repairman showed to me. And the refuse to fix the TV so now I am out $1300 & the worse customer service ever!!!

They are blaming me that I did the damage which I did not it was like that when I purschased it . Even the repairman said this was common on larger TV's. I am so didappointed in LG and their service and on how they treat their customers!!

I will never purchase another LG product again and advise you never too either!!! And sure you won't if you ever had to deal with them like some of us had too..nothing but a nightmare dealing with LG!!!
