I purchased an LG dishwasher October of 2012. Today is July 11 of 2012.

in this time frame eight technicians have attempted to repair this LG dishwasher. The last two Technicians have recommended that the item be replaced because there is no solution or resolution for repair (in other un-repairable) LG America is refusing to honor the one year Manufacturers Warranty. I will never buy another LG appliance product, ever. The customer service was the worst.

I called the corporate office at (912)567-8860 and received a complete run around from corporate office.

Any future customers should be aware that LG corporation and Lg America refuse to honor the one year manufacturer Warranty.

Product or Service Mentioned: Lg Electronics Warranty.

Monetary Loss: $950.

This happened to me too! With my refrigerator. They just delayed and delayed until that warranty expired, never provided any service. :roll
