Called with a simple inquiry regarding non skid pads that when you read the manual sound as through they are suppose to be provided with the machine. Was passed to 3 different phone numbers and tried on line chat support.
The online chat support told me to call the 2nd number I was told to call before being told to speak with Samsung directly. Ended up getting nowhere. Interesting that when you call they have an option for you to participate in a survey after your customer service "experience" that is suppose to be a phone back. My phone rang 10 minutes later and the person on the other end said nothing after 3 hellos from me and then hung up.
When I called the number back it was LG's main line. Kudos to LG for atrocious customer service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
