LG Tone 900 - Repair 10/27/2015 07:34:06


I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting on a Supervisor. I want to file a complaint regarding my LG Blue tooth 900. I spoke to one of your representative and informed him of my damages to my blue-tooth. He stated that it was under warranty and I needed to send in a receipt along, shipping tag he sent me by email and my RA# A015AG85398. He stated that LG has had problems with it in the past because it wasn't flexible. He also let me know that another one 850 just came out and LG would replace this one with the same one. I informed him that I work from home and I needed to have the the one replaced returned immediately. He stated that it would take up to 7 days. So, I did exactly as he had asked. However, I was just informed that LG would not cover the warranty and they are returning the damaged one. WHY DID LG WASTE MY TIME? I had already informed the rep. of the damages and he stated that it would be returned. Sending complaint to President of Company.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $83.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Being lied to, Repair issues handling, Faked cs.
