Refridge 5 years old failed to cool, unit is still covered under their 7 year Sealed System and 10 year Compressor guarantee.After 3 service calls by A&E their LG factory authorized service over the last 5 weeks and replacing the dryer, evapator and compressor, leak checking the sealed system, A&E tech contacted LG Tech Suppotr department, they requested a vacuum test which failed.
A&E & LG's tech determined it has a non repairable cabnit leak. A&E was to call LG with the report and photos it never happened. I've been on the phone getting the run around from A&E and LG for days now as they cannot seem to communicate. DO NOT consider LG products or A&E Service Co.
