The parts to repair my 3.5 yr old LG French Door stainless refrig. are unavailable from the manufacturer's parts warehouse.
The certified LG repair company has found LG unresponsive to their requests for info on when the parts will be available. Without these parts (fan and circuit board) the refrig willl not operate correctly.
This has been going on for over 3 weeks. Finally, the repair company, in a show of good faith, has agreed to provide me with a loaner refrig. until LG gets their act together. I'm wondering if I am looking at a lemon...it seems LG knows there is an engineering problem with the boards and has not issued a recall. I am contacting attorney general of state of Florida to investigate LG consumer practices.
