The LG service process is a disaster as there is no one in the chain of a service that can deliver properly to the customer. Brand new refrigerator bought yet refrigerator was not working properly.
Six weeks still without use of my refrigerator. Four weeks to get an Appliance Repair company schedule, two weeks waiting for a part and complete lack of cooperation from LG customer service department and executive services teams. Only through my investigation do I know their outsourced agent failed in their responsibility to provide a proper repair company. Their repair company now wants to no longer work with them too.
Now LG is blaming their service company (Service Power) and vice versa. Yet as of today, no parts and refrigerator still not working.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
