I purchased a Refrid/Freezer on 9/10/12 from Best Buy. I was told I had the best warranty.

2 nights ago the ice maker went out. I called LG. They said to unplug it for 4 hours and plug back in. Done, two hours later the same error.

Called LG, the CS rep DOES NOT EVEN TURN IN THE SERVICE ORDER. I wait all day for a repair company to come out. NO calls. I call Best Buy.

They tell me 2 days for repair. This is a refrid/freezer. The food is going BAD. Called LG 3 more times last night, still no repair coming out.

DO NOT BUY LG!!! They will not service there own product!

Best Buy is just as bad. They don't back up what they sell.

Monetary Loss: $500.
