Avoid LG... might be nice, but customer service does not exist with them. Bought a 55 inch Ultra 4K HD TV and just this week an LG G4 phone. Cannot get anyone (live) in customer service. Emails go unanswered, and their on-line chat people are clueless - typical call center overseas with no help. Corporate does not answer their phones and lets them ring, on and on.
If you call the number given for LG cell phones, you get an automated machine asking you to input your number so it can send you a text message which re-directs you back to LG's web site.... you go in one big circle.
Totally useless..... do not buy LG and expect any help - it does not exist. They only want to sell a product, after that, you are on your own.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of lg electronics tv and associated monetary loss in the amount of $2500. Lg Electronics needs to "hire *** live people to answer phones..... and answer your phones when customers call the corp office for cell phones - not some automated machine" according to poster's claims.
