it is not just that the fridge did not last 3 years. I get that anything mechanical can breakdown. It is the technician we paid $182 to come out and tell us that it is horrible fridge and that a replacement compressor would only break down in less than a year. $182 10 minutes diagnosis.

compressor was still under warranty and LG 1-888-542-2623 customer service line is horrible. They are rude, deceptive and very aggressive.

they simply want to make it so painful you simply go away with nothing.

7 business days to advise you of their policy and procedure on warranty.

This is simply the worst experience I have ever encountered with any company and will never buy anything LG again.
