I received a Christmas gift of an LG Bluetooth around your neck headset. My buddy bought it in mid December, but because his present from me didn't arrive in time we held off exchanging gifts til January.
After opening the box I used the headset and put the box on my desk--never looking for the charger because I assumed it was there.
A couple weeks later I needed to charge it and went to get the charger and realized it wasn't in the box. I called LG customer service for help and they said there was nothing they could do and that Best Buy probably took it out and to deal with them. My friend didn't have the receipt and Best Buy wouldn't help.
I called LG again and got same response.
Wrote a letter and got NO response. Going to have to go buy a charger but hate LG Everytime I use it.
