Had the sound go out in my right earbud, still under warranty. Got jerked around by the CS and a whole shitton of 'This will void the warranty' which includes ACTUAL PHYSICAL WEAR AND TEAR OF THE UNIT.

Including sending them out on my own cost. Which always scores more points. 'Your stuff broke, and now I have to pay to ship it out so you guys can *maybe* fix it?'

These guys suck. Never buying from these guys again.

Save your money and buy some non-LG ones off Amazon.

Never doing buisness with LG again. The CS circle *** is never, ever worth it.

Product or Service Mentioned: Lg Electronics Warranty.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $75.

Preferred solution: Replacement of Earbuds.

I didn't like: Lack of customer support, Repair issues handling, Representative.
