Update: Verizon still has not solved the problem! They sent new Sim cards because they thought that was the issue with the phones' speakers - hasn't changed and still having the same problem.

I have had my phine for 60 days. I have the LG. The outside speaker no longer works, so of couse it doesn't ring and it doesn't vibrate. It worked great for about 45 days. Now i have to save for another phone.

This is by far the worst phone I have ever owned. I purchased it in July of 2016, and if only I would have known how great a mistake it would be. This phone is an abomination, and it's entirely possible I will never buy another product from LG. It takes an egregious amount of time to charge. The battery life is the worst of any phone I've ever had. I can open *** GOOGLE MAPS and by the time I reach a *** destination of only 13 *** miles, I've lost 20-30% of my battery life. Also, with almost no effort, the phone manages to reach 48C, which I can only assume is why it is draining the battery to insanely fast. This is the least reliable machine I could possibly own. It's the Yugo of phones. When I was in Chicago, I spent the afternoon with a friend and then headed back to the Amtrak station. I got lost and nearly got robbed. Why? Because my phone died, and there aren't any outlets anywhere in Chicago. I've had to spend HOURS waiting around after work, or after something else, purely because I needed to charge my phone long enough that I could be certain it wouldn't randomly die on my while trying to navigate my way home. Even with such efforts, it HAS DIED ON MY WAY HOME. It's the only phone I've had that while overheating with absolutely ***-all reason, manages to drain the battery WHILE CHARGING. I was trying to open a *** message on Indeed today, while the phone was at 28% and charging, and then I remembered to check the message I had loading, my phone was dead. Somehow it must have realised how absolutely exhausting it is to retrieve a single *** message, that it had to drain 28% and shut down. I've never wanted to take a sledgehammer to an item of mine, and I look forward to never buying another phone from LG again. There is no excuse for such atrocious design flaws. I'm done.

Declined to fix although purchased less than 1 year ago. Known hardware issue. LG will no longer get any of my business and I will take to social media untill they make good

Both stuck in a boot loop lost everything very well known issue but a replacement phone is too little to late.Thousands of pics, documents, and files GONE!!!! Why wait till this happens if its a known issue especially with the early release G4's. Lets track down a...

Lg Electronics in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey - LG G4 on my third phone. LG loop defect and lost my photos and contacts

I am now on my third LG G4. Broke down with the LG Loop fault 4 months ago and I lost my photos and contacts. Now the new phone LG replaced it with (LG G4) did the same thing and I lost all my photos and contacts again. Sprint is replacing this time. They offered me a less expensive HTC because they said they can't guarantee the LG G4 won't break down again. LG should offer a discount on a different comparable model instead of replacing faulty phones. As much as I like the LG G4; not sure I want to invest in another LG unless LG can offer me something for all the headaches

Lg Electronics - LG is Totally Incompetent Company-ide

I have what was LG's top-of-the-line cell phone last year (the LG G5). It came with Android 6.0, since updated to 6.0.1. One of the excellent features of Android 6 is that you can set it to read incoming text messages using the built-in text-to-speech ability. UNLESS you have an LG G5. On the LG G5 this feature simply does not work. I spent over an hour in "live chat" with an LG support person, with her explaining to me exactly how to put all the settings exactly where I already had them - and, of course, the Read Aloud function still did not work. I then spent over two hours with a Verizon store salesman who also had the LG G5 as his own phone. Neither of us were ever able to get the function to work. LG of course promised to get back to me about it -- but never did. A couple of months later I contacted LG again -- I got a response telling me I should try doing a complete reset of the phone -- losing all my data and all my settings -- to see if that would make it work. BUT when I asked if their tech had tried it and had the function working on an LG G5 phone, he admitted that he did not have access to this model phone. I told him, to get back to me when they had the feature working on an LG G5 phone. Of course I never heard from them again. Until about two weeks ago when LG started sending me daily SPAM advertising their new top-of-the-line V20 phone. I had previously opted out of all advertising emails from LG, but they simply decided they didn't care what I wanted or didn't want - they wanted to sell me a new V20 (even though, of course, my G5 isn't even paid for yet). OK, so far we have a company that releases a phone that disabled one of the features of the operating system without the company even knowing it; AND incompetent technical support; AND MORE incompetent technical support; AND the company deciding that spamming their customers is somehow a good idea -- BUT WAIT, There's More! When I use the "Unsubscribe" link provided in their daily spam, it leads to an LG webpage to manage the email preferences for a totally different email address! And, oh by the way, when you go to the LG support website to use their "Contact Us" you have to choose the model number of your product -- but the drop down list of product numbers does not match their actual products.

Dear T Mobile, I must say that your customer service has slowly become worse through the years. Please review my account and as I am not aware of what kind of notes have been written let me share my points with you. Somewhere in between you will find the truth and hopefully make assist in your decision. Facts: I have been a loyal customer with multiple lines 2 of my children are in the military and one is a paramedic I have been with T mobile for over 10 years 10/27/2016 I have complained about my phone for months over heating and my concerns. Each store I have gone in said there is nothing the can do but suggest I power the phone off and on, upgrade or buy another battery. Today the phone would not reset and was stuck at the LG welcome screen. I called 611 and I wish your reps would not read a script in a condescending tone. I am a manager for a courier company and cannot wait 2-5 business days for a replacement phone. If the issue is the battery overheating, what is the sense of replacing the phone and telling me you can’t replace the battery because its an accessory? T mobile does not have loaner phones so to ensure I don’t lose employment I had to get another phone and spent 6 hours with T mobile only to be insulted. How dare your reps offer me a $15 and then a $25 courtesy credit. I spend $220 a month for 10 years = approx $26,400. Really? Then Robert (rep) said we have applied credits to the account before. Yes when my son was overseas a representative changed his data plan and I was unable to speak to my son for days. Unless you have a child that is a soldier you wont understand the heartache that caused. Listen to the calls and see how you would feel. Why should I stay with T mobile? ***- I pay for unlimited data and trust me when I say I dont have it. 10/28/2016 T Mobile says LG won’t send a phone for another 8 to 10 days. Per Tmobile LG is on back order. They ( Tmobile) suggested I buy a new phone. Why should I come out of pocket? This isn’t fair. I want and need a phone. Please help asap. No one is taking responsibility. I feel my balance on this LG should be credited. Is this a scam to force me to buy a new phone and continue making payments? I was told I can’t use the jump program until the replacement phone comes in Yours Truly S. Olds
