Lg Electronics in Atlanta, Georgia - LG Stylo

I paid nearly $200 to upgrade to the LG Stylo. A few months later, the phone screen flickers and sometimes stops responding. Many people are having the same issues. I went back to the phone store and asked to have it repaired or replaced, they said it has to be replaced by LG. I contacted LG over 2 weeks ago and no one has replied. I have upgraded all the firmware, removed all apps, reset the phone, and still have the same issues. The screen flickers like a strobelight. It dims, but doesn't completely go black. It makes reading the phone very difficult and messes with my eyes.

Sprint - Lg Electronics Cell Phone Review from Springfield, Massachusetts

I've been with Sprint phones flip phones or a fad. I didn't have any trouble with them years back so I went back to a Sprint store and got an HTC phone. What a total piece of *** I upgraded to a different plan and phone for 2 years to pay off my LG. When I had my HTC I called and went to so many stores it wasn't funny. It seems one of their stores know what they're doing or have qualified people who know about phones only salesman. I found a great manager name Jason at the Sprint kiosk at the Eastfield Mall in Springfield Massachusetts. This man knew any cell phone inside and out. Why is not my business he's been fired. I have been to so many Sprint store and can trust none of them to know what they're doing. When I went to see Jason the last time before he was fired he contacted the main company to access my account to do an upgrade after 12 months. Now I look on my phone and I cannot upgrade until I pay off the balance of the phone. Originally whoever he spoke to from the main company said all I had to pay was the taxes on the new phone for an upgrade and stay on the current plan. I would not recommend Sprint to anyone anymore!! I'll pay off this lousy LG phone that doesn't work for *** and I will go to another carrier. Even if I have to buy a cell phone off the internet and pay as you go I think I would be a much happier person than to stay with Sprint. So Sprint.... CAN YOU HEAR THAT!!!!!!!!

Metro PCS did REFUND my unused time pre-paid for. I explained to the representative that the owner of "AUTHORIZED DEALER" is the ENTIRE REASON for my changing carriers!! Also, employees need to be taught to let ppl know to contact the PORTING DEPT for refunds.

Same here LG G3 with verizon sent for repair came back as non repairable and it was missing screws!! complaints have been unresolved we need to file a class action against these idiots

Now had 2 LG Leon 4GLTE smartphones and had battery issues with both. Went in to an EE store where phone was purchased and was told that battery does not come under the warranty???? The phone is only 2 months old and totally useless unless I paid£30 for a new battery!!!! Disgusting.

Mary : Hello Nick.

Welcome to LG Electronics U.S.A. Support only. How may I provide you with excellent service today?

Mary : Hi Nick!

Nick : Hi I want to know how to add or save a contact list with my mac?

Mary : How may I help you today?

Mary : Can you please describe your concern further? Nick I want to save or add contacts from my computer to my phone Mary : Do you mean you want to transfer the contacts from the PC to the phone, by connecting the phone using a USB cable?

Nick ATT was able to move my contacts from my old phone to my B470. How can I do that? Nick: USB or bluetooth Mary : If the contacts are saved on your PC as a VCF file, yes the phone can receive this through Bluetooth. Nick : What is the process?

Nick : VCF is one at a time. What about all at once? Mary : To receive files via Bluetooth you just need to turn on the phone's Bluetooth by going to Settings > Connection > Bluetooth. Mary : But since this is a Mac PC.

we do not have information on how to send files through bluetooth. Nick: I know how to turn on bluetooth, but how do I send a contact list to my Mac and why don't you consider Macs? Mary R: We do not have that much information for Apple products. Mary R: We only have limited resources here from my end Nick.

Nick : You really expect me to believe that Apple won't give you the info? Nick : Who can I talk with that would have some clout on this? Nick : Your telling me that if I own a Mac I shouldn't by your products? Mary R: That's not what I mean Nick.

Nick : It sure sounds like it Nick : You don't support Mac users Mary R: But since we only have limited resources here, we do not have information for Mac's features and settings. Nick : Your one of the largest electronics companies in the world and LG doesnt have resources?

Mary R: I can walk you through on how to receive files on the phone. But in sending using Mac, I strongly suggest that it is best that you contact Mac Support.

Customer service only knows what they seem to tell them about there product. When asked for help working with there product on a Mac, I was told they only know how it works with Windows, because LG only has window computers.

They could care less about Mac users.

The latest LG drivers and software don't work with newer Mac computers for USB connections. I have a B470 and it appears there is no way it will USB connect to my Mac. When talking with LG support they only say it's incompatible and there isn't anything I can do about it. They could care less. Personally, after 4 phone calls I think there all IDIOTS! sold me a lg android, it lost sound ability in 4 mths, sent ph in, no ph for 5 days, big deposit, got new one, same event in 3 mths..tired of dealing with cricket ***, bought an upgrade, and GUESS WHAT!!?? It also died in 4 mths..could maintain conn. with the flawless bh wifi.. none gave a ***..i was hung up on 5 times. I drive an amb., and cannot be without a ph..none gave a ***!!! TERRIBLE CO...RUN AWAY IF YOU ARE NOT TIED TO THESE MORONS!!!!! CRICKET IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCT THEY SOLD ME IN GOOD FAITH..WAIT A MINUTE...NO THEY DO NOT GIVE A ***, AND ARE GLAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT A PHONE FOE A BETTER PART OF A WEEK..NO CONCERN ON THEIR PART AT ALL.
