I had 70 dollars but didnt want to spend much .the worker told me he had a lg that was used three days from 75 to 50$ i said sure thinking gd deal well i was up all night to find the charge only goes to 9 on bsttery not 100 percent n the cord keeps falling out as i used it i had to hit the button hard to type orsend messages egat should i do can i exchanfe for anothe boyght it yesterday please help

2 new phones. Horrible screeching sound while using phones. Had 1 replaced, still same issue. Store manager called Metro Office. No complaints about this phone , so couldnt help. Stuck with 2 LG K 20 PLUS PHONES THAT SUCK !! WTH ? THANKS METRO. YOU COULD AT LEAST GET US AN UPGRADE TO BETTER PHONES !

February 2017 I bought a LG K7 for about $100 one hour later I brought it back and told him it was not working right and then they were changing the price on the phone that same LG K7 that I just paid a hundred bucks for was actually on sale for $39.99 but I paid for the full price they said the price changed at a certain time then I brought it back to exchange it because it was broke. It back a week later told her it was still broke she ordered me a new phone it came in July the 3rd but they sent it to a different store I pick that phone up the kid that sold it to me or give it to me didn't even want to do anything all they wanted to do is smoke a cigarette I told him it was not working and he says that's my problem I told me that he would order me another phone at that time the phone was sent to a different store on Mill Plain and 103rd I got there on the 14th of July the two Hispanic girls that stuff that's works there was texting on their phone and answering phone calls there was only 4 people into the store I was one of the I was the number for and an hour and a half later we were all still staying there waiting to be waited on and they were the women we're still texting I never got any help and I had to get back to work after waiting an hour and a half two hours I have no idea if the people were still waiting when I cuz they were all left waving when I left and at that time it was 7:30 but I got there around 5:30 and the phone is still not working I handed her the phone and everything to her she now didn't she said the phone my phone wasn't there she said that the Metro PC will be mailing me a phone from their Factory to my home address I have not seen it yet but I've kept calling every two days and I still have no phone

Lg Electronics - LG is Totally Incompetent Company-ide

I have what was LG's top-of-the-line cell phone last year (the LG G5). It came with Android 6.0, since updated to 6.0.1. One of the excellent features of Android 6 is that you can set it to read incoming text messages using the built-in text-to-speech ability. UNLESS you have an LG G5. On the LG G5 this feature simply does not work. I spent over an hour in "live chat" with an LG support person, with her explaining to me exactly how to put all the settings exactly where I already had them - and, of course, the Read Aloud function still did not work. I then spent over two hours with a Verizon store salesman who also had the LG G5 as his own phone. Neither of us were ever able to get the function to work. LG of course promised to get back to me about it -- but never did. A couple of months later I contacted LG again -- I got a response telling me I should try doing a complete reset of the phone -- losing all my data and all my settings -- to see if that would make it work. BUT when I asked if their tech had tried it and had the function working on an LG G5 phone, he admitted that he did not have access to this model phone. I told him, to get back to me when they had the feature working on an LG G5 phone. Of course I never heard from them again. Until about two weeks ago when LG started sending me daily SPAM advertising their new top-of-the-line V20 phone. I had previously opted out of all advertising emails from LG, but they simply decided they didn't care what I wanted or didn't want - they wanted to sell me a new V20 (even though, of course, my G5 isn't even paid for yet). OK, so far we have a company that releases a phone that disabled one of the features of the operating system without the company even knowing it; AND incompetent technical support; AND MORE incompetent technical support; AND the company deciding that spamming their customers is somehow a good idea -- BUT WAIT, There's More! When I use the "Unsubscribe" link provided in their daily spam, it leads to an LG webpage to manage the email preferences for a totally different email address! And, oh by the way, when you go to the LG support website to use their "Contact Us" you have to choose the model number of your product -- but the drop down list of product numbers does not match their actual products.

Mary : Hello Nick.

Welcome to LG Electronics U.S.A. Support only. How may I provide you with excellent service today?

Mary : Hi Nick!

Nick : Hi I want to know how to add or save a contact list with my mac?

Mary : How may I help you today?

Mary : Can you please describe your concern further? Nick I want to save or add contacts from my computer to my phone Mary : Do you mean you want to transfer the contacts from the PC to the phone, by connecting the phone using a USB cable?

Nick ATT was able to move my contacts from my old phone to my B470. How can I do that? Nick: USB or bluetooth Mary : If the contacts are saved on your PC as a VCF file, yes the phone can receive this through Bluetooth. Nick : What is the process?

Nick : VCF is one at a time. What about all at once? Mary : To receive files via Bluetooth you just need to turn on the phone's Bluetooth by going to Settings > Connection > Bluetooth. Mary : But since this is a Mac PC.

we do not have information on how to send files through bluetooth. Nick: I know how to turn on bluetooth, but how do I send a contact list to my Mac and why don't you consider Macs? Mary R: We do not have that much information for Apple products. Mary R: We only have limited resources here from my end Nick.

Nick : You really expect me to believe that Apple won't give you the info? Nick : Who can I talk with that would have some clout on this? Nick : Your telling me that if I own a Mac I shouldn't by your products? Mary R: That's not what I mean Nick.

Nick : It sure sounds like it Nick : You don't support Mac users Mary R: But since we only have limited resources here, we do not have information for Mac's features and settings. Nick : Your one of the largest electronics companies in the world and LG doesnt have resources?

Mary R: I can walk you through on how to receive files on the phone. But in sending using Mac, I strongly suggest that it is best that you contact Mac Support.

Customer service only knows what they seem to tell them about there product. When asked for help working with there product on a Mac, I was told they only know how it works with Windows, because LG only has window computers.

They could care less about Mac users.

The latest LG drivers and software don't work with newer Mac computers for USB connections. I have a B470 and it appears there is no way it will USB connect to my Mac. When talking with LG support they only say it's incompatible and there isn't anything I can do about it. They could care less. Personally, after 4 phone calls I think there all IDIOTS!
