Us Cellular - No phone for 2 weeks!!
I have been with USC for over 15 years. I am very disappointed with them and LG to the point I'm considering changing to a new company. On May 30, my phone went unresponsive. Called USC, they could not help me. They said my phone was disabled by the manufacturer due to recent updated. Apparently, LG recently did a update and it has cause problems with some smartphones not responding. So, I have to return my phone to LG & wait for 2 weeks for them to fix it. Nobody offers a temporarily phone. WOW!!! No phone for at least 2 weeks & it's not even my fault. Something is seriously wrong to leave your customers with no way of communicating with your family.

I have had my phine for 60 days. I have the LG. The outside speaker no longer works, so of couse it doesn't ring and it doesn't vibrate. It worked great for about 45 days. Now i have to save for another phone.

Lg Electronics in Atlanta, Georgia - LG Stylo
I paid nearly $200 to upgrade to the LG Stylo. A few months later, the phone screen flickers and sometimes stops responding. Many people are having the same issues. I went back to the phone store and asked to have it repaired or replaced, they said it has to be replaced by LG. I contacted LG over 2 weeks ago and no one has replied. I have upgraded all the firmware, removed all apps, reset the phone, and still have the same issues. The screen flickers like a strobelight. It dims, but doesn't completely go black. It makes reading the phone very difficult and messes with my eyes.

sold me a lg android, it lost sound ability in 4 mths, sent ph in, no ph for 5 days, big deposit, got new one, same event in 3 mths..tired of dealing with cricket ***, bought an upgrade, and GUESS WHAT!!?? It also died in 4 mths..could maintain conn. with the flawless bh wifi.. none gave a ***..i was hung up on 5 times. I drive an amb., and cannot be without a ph..none gave a ***!!! TERRIBLE CO...RUN AWAY IF YOU ARE NOT TIED TO THESE MORONS!!!!! CRICKET IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCT THEY SOLD ME IN GOOD FAITH..WAIT A MINUTE...NO THEY DO NOT GIVE A ***, AND ARE GLAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT A PHONE FOE A BETTER PART OF A WEEK..NO CONCERN ON THEIR PART AT ALL.

We have had the same issues with Cricket Wireless. We have purchased many phones from this provider with no kind of loyalty programs points or anything. The phones what does provider cells are rather pricey and are not a great quality, and they do not hold the space required to run the phones ie. 8Gb vs 16Gb. I feel that the warranty plans are fraudulent because they make you pay a small fortune to get your phone replaced paying the deductible, not to mention the outraegous premiums you have to pay per month. There is very little compensation to the consumer when it comes to the fault of The Company! Where is the loyalty to your consumer base? You would not be where you are today without the loyalty of your consumers! You needn't forget that. ST

MetroPCS in Rock Hill, South Carolina - Faulty New Phone From Metro PCS
Purchased a new LG Stylo march 2016 from Metro PCS store that was defective. The screen randomly jerks back and forth and switches to other pages and screens without touching it. I tried 6 times to return or exchange this phone with the crooks at Metro PCS in Rock Hill, SC where I purchased this phone to no avail. They told me all 6 times they were going to order a replacement but they never did. I have ported my number back to my old carrier and and will never do business with this carrier again Not only would they not order me a replacement phone which would cost them nothing they lied to my face telling me that a hurricane hit Texas in Feb. where the phones were sent from as a reason for the delay

Boost Mobile - Lg Electronics Cell Phone Review from Nashville, Tennessee
On March 15th 2016 I purchased two lgs770 phones from boost mobile. One of which started giving me problems within the first week. In the begining the battery would not hold a charge. Then the key board started failing and finally it wouldnt allow me to do anything but place and recieve calls I tried for two weeks to contact someone from the store i baught the phones from that could answer any questions or resolve my problem. Finally I got ahold of someone who was capable of answering the questions I had on resolving the problem only to find out that my warranty offered by boost mobile had expired. I was then instructed to call LG and attempt to resolve the problem through them. LG informed me that they were not replacing the phone. I then contacted boost mobile again in hopes to be satisfied. A boost mobile tech instructed me to go into settings and use LG backup and restore and it should fix my isues. I was informed that this feature would also restore all my contacts images and info. The weekend pryor to this call my wife and i had our second child. A beautiful baby girl!!!! One of the happiest days of my life. I took lots of pictures to preserve the memory only to loose all of them as well as hundreds of other family photos......... My wife and i are devistated!!!!!! We will never purchase another LG product of any kind. Nor will we ever have boost mobile service again. I have set a goal to warn everyone i encounter about the service I was given by these companies

You can buy an SD card for storage. Cricket is better in a lot of ways than Sprint and Verizon for example. My friends me have told several horror stories about contract phone companies.
