Called weekly (at least) and was promised every week the Nexus 5x phone would be fixed under warranty and shipped back the following week.Six weeks later, LG finally apologised and offered a new phone with a 12 month warranty that would arrive the following week. I had a LG G4 Cellphone, not nearly as advanced and big as a fridge but believe me it was just as much of a hassle trying to get it repaired. It took over a month for them to repair it when they said it would only take a week. I called once a week every week till it was repaired and they always had a different excuse. I have had the phone (LG G4) for seven months and it has spent 9 weeks in repair. I am disgusted with LG and although like the look of the G5 will certainly not be buying one or indeed anything else from this mockery of a company. This has been the worst experience I've had in my entire LIFE in regards to phone repair.It has been over TWO WEEKS since I sent my phone to LG. Two weeks after receiving my phone, the headphone jack stopped working. This is a simple fix, only requiring the back cover be removed and the jack swapped out.
