I sent in my mobile phone for times for the same repair. Had to send it back within a couple of days I receiving it back each time. This last time was lied about time received over there I'm not getting updates when asked to speak to a supervisor was put on hold for over half an hour. After 2 weeks I call again customer service asking me what is wrong with the phone!? Tried calling CEO or president of company no one has any information. I've left messages where I can. Hopefully someone will help me. Repair service is not updating information so customer service can't even give me any information. Am I getting the runaround? My phone is my work. And it's becoming a real problem after 2 months of paying for phone service without a phone. Need it to get in touch with my clients and for my clients to get in touch with me. Extremely upset. No info!!!

I own 2 LG V10's they both just quit. The 1st one was replaced by my carrier the second one I had to send to the LG repair facility. Now a month later and they can't give me an update on what is happening with my phone! They talk in circles and this phone should have been recalled!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING LG!!!

Nexus 5x phone under warranty | Lg Electronics in Fort Worth, Texas

Called weekly (at least) and was promised every week the Nexus 5x phone would be fixed under warranty and shipped back the following week. Six weeks later, LG finally apologised and offered a new phone with a 12 month warranty that would arrive the following week. Instead, was sent a refurbished LG brand phone 8 weeks later with 90 days warranty. I had a LG G4 Cellphone, not nearly as advanced and big as a fridge but believe me it was just as much of a hassle trying to get it repaired. It took over a month for them to repair it when they said it would only take a week. I called once a week every week till it was repaired and they always had a different excuse. Then they said I'll receive and email when repair was complete. Um... No email. I had to call and they said yea it was repaired five days ago but hasn't shipped out yet. It's been over a week and they haven't even shipped it out back to me yet. They're "waiting on FedEx to pick up." Like seriously WTF? How long does it take for FedEx to pick up a small package? This is seriously the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Absolutely terrible aftercare/warranty. Taking weeks to answer emails, lies on the phone about when repairs will be done. Manager refuses to speak to me. I have had the phone (LG G4) for seven months and it has spent 9 weeks in repair. I am disgusted with LG and although like the look of the G5 will certainly not be buying one or indeed anything else from this mockery of a company. The website informs us they have a large number of calls, I'm not surprised as it seems nothing is getting fixed and the list is getting longer because of unfit for purpose electrical items. Cheap Korean rubbish under a branded name !

LG TERRIBLE REPAIR SERVICE!! | Lg Electronics in Forest Hills, New York

This has been the worst experience I've had in my entire LIFE in regards to phone repair. It has been over TWO WEEKS since I sent my phone to LG. THEY NEVER gave me a shipping label, then when I spent my $23 to send it next day, it was picked up (signed for) and not looked at until 2 days later! NOTHING was fixed under warranty and I immediately am paying more money after outright purchasing this $700 phone! i am appalled and so disappointed I chose to buy this LG product. I should have stuck with samsung, their customer service was never this poor...but I'm stuck with an OK phone from a company with HORRIBLE repair service. This has made such a negative impact on my employment and education because I cannot be contacted or reach out when I need to. You guys could've at least sent the phone back priority mail. BUT NOPE! its traveling ground from Texas to NY!!! i cant believe this. I feel like I've gone back 15 years with this service, PLEASE BE WARNED PEOPLE

Beware of LG's repair department | Lg Electronics in Fayetteville, Arkansas

Two weeks after receiving my phone, the headphone jack stopped working. This is a simple fix, only requiring the back cover be removed and the jack swapped out. I contacted LG and asked them to perform only this repair since I got lucky with a phone that worked well and to please not remove my glass screen protector that had been on for just one week. Here's what their repair department did: - They removed my screen protector - They then scratched my screen - They damaged the headphone port on the body of the phone (see below) - They dented the back of the case (looked like someone jammed a tool into the jack to pry the back of the case off) - They replaced the mainboard, stating that the phone was shutting itself off - something it had never done This wasn't surprising to me. Two years ago I sent a phone in for dust under the front camera after having it a month. They damaged that phone even more. I've called and emailed LG asking them to send me a new back cover. Their customer service is set up so that you can only be escalated once and those supervisors cannot do anything but offer to have you send your phone back to the place that damaged it in the first place. Contacting via email causes you to hit the same wall, where no one can actually do anything to help. This customer service is appalling.
