Purchased a lg g4 phone just over a year ago. Has a boot loop issue due to software updates.
This I have learned is an extremly common issue with lg. I ended up paying the remaining balance to tmobile and giving it back to buy a samsung. Tried customer support with lg through both email and phone only to get the run around from both angles on all 4 attempts. I also try to speak with a manager or supervisor and they just tell me one is never available.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered hands down, no comparison in fact!
So frustrating. I will never buy another Lg product and I will tell everyone I know and constantly tell my negative experience on every social media outlet available.
