I purchased a phone in august i was told i qualified for 100.00 rebate since thst time i have spoken with your customer service reps with no resolution. The superbisores never return calls nor do they take calls the reps just say call back.
I cannot believe the lack of customer service and respect you deliver to your customers. I will make sure i share this experience with every potential customer.
Nobody should have to endure this bad service. Just a note i have on hold now 1/12 hours waiting for a supervisor
