Their customer service is terrible and they blocked my wife's phone after eight calls. I called back k with a different phone and was transferred five times. The representative promised to call me back but did not. We bought a lemon. Two years ago. The compressor and mother board went out. Poor customer service and poor product.

I called lg to get the size of the screw that secures the microwave to the cabinet because it came with no hardware. After giving the model and serial number to the non american broken English speaking woman and being on hold for 15 minutes she told me just a "regular " size screw. I told her she apparently had no idea what a screw even was and was completely useless in her job.

LG should be very ashamed to treat us American people the way they do, Very *** if you ask me, and from what I read seem like the percentage of unhappy Customers over shadow the happy, if we could all get together it seems like there could be recalls on everything they manufacturer

Customer service sucks and they don't stock parts | Lg Electronics

2 year old French door refrigerator went out (Compresser ) back ordered at least 3 weeks . LG , the extended warranty co , and there service rep do not return calls and can't decuss reinburcment of the fridge or the grocery I have lost until the compesser is fixed. I can't go to the refrigerator mat to store my food. The first night it went out the warranty co said to call LG, they set up for a service company to come out 3 days latter. After 2 days I called them to set up a time they told they would not be able to come for 3 weeks. Called LG back 3 days went by and countless phone calls to get LG service to come out and 15 minutes later told me the compressor was out and on back order. Called LG back no satisfaction there. Sent them an email still waiting for a response!
