The worst customer service! It's now been over a month that they've been working on it.

We were told 8 days ago they were finally sending us a refund, we never received it, so called again and turns out they never sent it! In that time we moved to a different state, told them to change the address and they never did. We were transferred to the resolutions and they told us it was too late to change it now! They didn't provide us with tracking number because apparently they don't have it, they didn't provide us with confirmation number because they don't have it, the guy didn't give us his employee ID, he refused to transfer us to his supervisor even though he was sitting right there and we could hear them talking about what to tell us!

Their names were Charles and Jose from resolutions. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
