THIS PLACE SUCKS, THEY ADVERTISE THE LG ELECTRONICS HEAD SET AS NEW BUT THE ITEM IS CLEARLY USED. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. In June 2016 I purchased the LG Bluetooth HBS 810. I paid 100.00 for the headset. In December 2016 one of the headset buds stop working. I mailed to LG and they replaced the headset with a new headset 12/2016. In 12/2017 the same problem occurred with the new headset....
