YOUR SERVICE TEAM IS FULL OF LIARS
I had purchased a LG TV on July 13, 2013. After the purchase, I had requested a demo, however, could not get the TV wall mounted. At the time of demo, I had been informed that I can request a installation for free within 1 year of my purchase. At the time of demo, I had provided the technician a copy of my invoice. I placed a call today to LG's Customer care on June 18 in the morning and spoke with three different people to raise a installation request for my TV. I have lost the original invoice for the TV. The supervisor spoke directly to the Service Center over the conference call and they confirmed that they will install the wall mounting for free today. In the evening, I have received another call from the Service Center who now have informed me that they are unable to do the installation without a copy of my invoice.
When I tried reaching LG's customer care, my call was transferred to "Deepika" who refused to transfer the call to a supervisor. Crappiest Service ever received from a global MNC
