I opened the box to find ONE DAMAGED PIXEL right in the middle of the LG monitor I purchased. I contacted customer service but they requested pictures of the problem, yet the link they sent me won't upload pics.

Now they won't do anything for me until I send them pics. Nobody I contacted was able to help me. They couldn't even send me an email to send the pics out.

What a huge waste of time and money. Life is NOT GOOD.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
