Hhgregg - Lg Double Oven Review

1.8
Details
I purchased a double oven, after cooking and being in possession for less than 24hrs, the glass shattered. Since then the appliance manager insulted me with his condescending comments and opinion, and the general manager has given me the run around about returning/exchanging the oven. Between the LG company & Hhgregg, no one wanted to take the blame for the shattered glass. Nevertheless two weeks on ongoing stressful phone calls, Lg made tje repairs. However im still waiting on the store manager from Hhgregg, Ms. Young to honor her word, and exhibit good customer service to me as a consumer, but instead i keep getting put on hold, or she is not working. All i want is to be treated like a paying customer.

Lg Electronics - LG Garbage, No Help, Never Again!
Double Oven ($1359.00): After almost 1 year, the digital control panel failed. It was still covered under warranty, so that was replaced at no cost. Then, after about 3 years, the lower door glass shattered for no apparent reason. LG refused to correct the problem,...

Lg Electronics - Slide in range

Bought NEW LG gas stove from Home Depot, gas flame in oven so high it melted part of inside of stove, replaced regulator, gas valve, burner and other components. Oven still not useable and no help from LG nor Home Depot!!!!! Continue to wait to see if they will fix it but otherwise spent $1600.00 on slide in range that is unusable. Customer service at LG was rude and non helpful to say the least, read every scripted page they could but still have oven that is a hazard. Would like to have help in this situation so that I may have a workable oven.

Lg Electronics - LG cooktop range model LRE30453ST needs frequent repairs for non-working burners

Purchased in late 2011 as part of a range, fridge, microwave, dishwasher package deal from appliance warehouse, this is the third time I've had to call for service and pay $60 charge each time on my homeowner's warranty policy. The usual problem is burners that don't turn on and in the past, only a few would go out at a time, leaving me a workable burner or two. This time all are out and now the broiler is also down--only the oven is working now. One service tech said the cables inside the panel were loose. How that happened, I don’t know because the range doesn’t get jostled or moved around a lot. Another complaint within the first six months of purchase is an inside drip between the oven door double paned glass but I’ve lived with ugly mess because the service tech couldn't fix it without taking the entire range to the shop for a week. But wait--there's more LG product problems! The side-by-side door fridge problems have also cost me three service calls ($60 each). The icemaker frequently goes on strike for several months at a time and then on its own starts working again. Of course, this renders the ice dispenser constipated and totally useless. The cold water dispenser has the opposite problem and is often incontinent—it keeps spewing water for several seconds after the drinking glass is removed. I believe LG must stand for Least Good and the model number LRE30453ST must stand for Least Reliable Electric#)$%#Stove’sTerrible. I will never again purchase another LG appliance and recommend that other buyers also shop for another brand.

Lg Electronics - Purchased a $2000.00 double oven gas range with center grill.

After calling and having over 4 techs come to my home, for over 4 months. I find out that it is manufacture defect. two burners are not working properly and the center 8x17 inch burner used as a grill is not to be used as a grill but a warmer! Really? warranty until Dec. 15 2014. Support team at LG informed me that there is nothing they can do. I have to use the CAST IRON GRILL, as a warming burner. As they will not replace, they never replace. Talked to customer service over 6 times and they finally tell me that they cannot or will not do anything, because their tech says everything is fine, the grill is supposed to work as warming burner only.

Lg Electronics - Don't buy LG

This has been ongoing since December 2012..........only after i posted on their facebook page did they respond to me. And it took posting every day to get their attention. They finally agreed to give us 70% of our original purchase price on the stove that is 3 years old. Since then I have heard nothing from them.....they are a terrible company and do not give any customer service. The oven inside the enamel has all started to peel off, stove is not safe to use and we paid almost 2K for it. Terrible disgusting company. They determined that their appliances should only last 10 years and that is how they based the credit. When I told him 10 years was not acceptable, he tried to say LG would last longer and that he was not saying 10 years was what the expected life expectancy of the stove was.........I have it in an email plain and very straigtht forward, that is exactly what he said.

Lg Electronics - LG refuses to help us fix problem with manufacturing defects with there product.

We have just purchased An LG flat top stove. The interior has started cracking, and when you turn the oven on say 350 degrees it heats up to 525 degrees its all over the board you never know really what temperature it will be so you have to constantly stay by it and monitor the food.We bought an extra thermometer to go inside the oven. You expect that when you buy something new that it will last , but as I am reading everyone's reviews on LG ranges I Know now that LG is garbage. Will not ever buy LG products ever!
