I bought a new LG refrigerator, stove and dishwasher December 2018. My refrigerator has leaked 3xs and the soap door on my dishwasher fails to open at least once a wk. When the cycle does successfully complete, dishes still have food particles on them at times. The alarms on all 3 appliances are SUPER annoying. I would love to get my $ back! This is the 2nd time this month that code in pic popped up on my refrigerator. It renders the water and ice unusable.

I bought a refrigerator May, 2019. Repairs to the icemaker have been attempted 5 times. Do not buy this product | Lg Electronics

The icemaker worked for one month. LG has outsourced the repairs to Sears - A&E. A&E have been to our house 4 times, replacing the valve, hose, and icemaker, or declaring that it was not fixable. Nonetheless, LG is sending a fifth technician to repair the icemaker. I feel as though I'm in some sort of alternate universe, endless loop and unable to get my refrigerator declared "unrepairable".

$10,000 means nothing to a giant multinational corporation like Lucky Goldstar. It's less than one second's worth of production at some far east factory. To us, it's our hard earned money ; to them, just another fish in the sea.

Our refrigerator failed and was repaired. It failed again and we called for service.

The tech scheduled two appointments and failed to call and show up for either of them. We finally spoke with a supervisor who made a third appointment with the same guy for another week later. I asked for the tech's contact info as well as the supervisor I spoke to, and also his supervisor's contact info. He refused to give me any direct contact information.

This is terrible service on a terrible product!

Never again!! I'm going back to GE!!

Mine too after only 3 months! Turned out it was allegedly a manufacturing defect, all the freon had leaked out if it.

I lost over 200.00 worth of food because the technician couldn't come out until 5 days later. I had to give food away instead of letting it spoil. Even when the tech did come out, I still had to edit an additional 2 days to get the part in. I had purchased the extended warranty too!!!

I wrote a letter of complaint to see if I would he refunded the cost of food. I also spoke with 3 different customer service reps, twice I was told yes I would be reimbursed & 1 told me flat out NO.

7 mos. later, still no response or reimbursement!
