The LG is able to give me only one possible repair outlet to take a look at my failed refrigerator. I bought it several months ago and it is under warranty.

I am still waiting for a call from the LG approved technicians to schedule an appointment. Maybe 10 days from now? Two weeks? A month?

The outlet is about 40 miles from my home and the receptionist did not sound too enthusiastic about setting an appointment.

Due to LGs failure to have a sufficient number of approved providers i will be spending this Thanksgiving without a refrigerator. Paid $ 1600 for it. Very bad product and very poor customer service.

By the way i live around a major populated area with numerous appliance repair shops around. But they are not approved by LG.
