Lg Electronics in San Francisco, California - New phone was water damaged and it was not

I sent my new LG855 phone in for repair. Service order return authorization A0125G51953 and the explanation "phone had water damage-corrosion (unrepairable)." I called and talked to supervisor. She refused to accept that my phone was new and did not have any water damage and referred me to the picture of the inside of the phone emailed to me. She said due to the picture, the phone had water damage, was old, and LP would not repair or replace the phone. I said my phone could not have been damaged by water and that they took a picture of the wrong phone and sent me the picture. I told her I would sent it back to her and she simply refused to listen to me and said they would not repair it, it had water damage and they stood behind there technicians, case was closed. I asked her to read the serial number on the picture of the phone they sent me and it did not match the serial number of my phone. She refused. I had no other option but to inspect the phone for myself. When I looked inside it was brand new. There was no corrosion at all. The picture they sent me was a different phone. I sent pictures back to her of my phone with no corrosion or water damage verifying the technicians made a mistake and the phone should have been covered under the original warrantee. She continued to stand behind the picture and the technicians and now said I voided the warrantee by opening the phone and hung up on me! I cannot believe LP would allow a supervisor have total disregard for its customers. This was a new phone with no damage or corrosion and still under warrantee. Simply take a picture of a water damaged phone, email to customer, send phone back and close case. Customer has no recourse. Scott Miller 360-751-4465 Grongreen@gmail.com

Lg Electronics in Geneva, Illinois - LG has Horrible customer service

My NEW washer is broken. I called customer service and they will not set up a repair until I give them the serial number. I would love to do this, but LG put the number on the back of the machine. I cannot move the machine to see the number. They will not set up a repair until they have the number. Why do they put the serial number on the back??? I have called three times and they keep telling me to move the machine. It is filled with water, in a tight spot, and I am not that strong.

My NEW LG washer is broken. LG will not schedule a repair until I tell them the serial number. LG put the serial number on the BACK of the machine. How am I supposed to get to it?? why do they put it on the back in the first place?? Why can't they schedule service and the technician can move the machine and verify the serial number?? I have called customer service three times. All they keep telling me is to move the machine. It is filled with water, in a tight spot, and I am not that strong.

My company provides LG warranty service and I can tell you they are rotten *** Most of the time they barely pay us due to all this reciept serial number garbage! And they have very little parts or tech support, it takes weeks to get a part as they, have no distribution in the USA, they should be banned from selling their product here until they comply to US manufacturers levels

LG Customer Service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I had contacted them twice about issues with their inferior appliances. Both times they dispatched a technician from one of their local incompetent servicing companies. When the technician arrived to respond to our first issue, all he did was turn on the appliance and advised us that it was working. He never mentioned or addressed he issue we called to have diagnosed and resolved. When we contacted LG, their explanation was that the technician reported the appliance was working properly. The technician provided that brilliant diagnosis in less than 5 minutes and when we asked how that we resolve our issue, his response was to read the owners manual. When the technician arrived to diagnose the second issue, it took him about 2 minutes to advise that he needed to order a part to resolve our issue. After a few weeks we contacted LG and we were advised to call their local incompetent servicing company. We were once again advised that they were waiting for the part. We were advised to call the following week for an update. When we called the following week, we were once again advised that they were wait9ing for the part. This went on for a few more weeks and finally the incompetent servicing company suggested that we contact the idiots at LG. When we called LG, we were advised that there was never an order placed for a part and that this ticket was closed because of the information that was submitted by their incompetent servicing company. I called the service company to confirm if the technician's report included any information that would cause LG to authorize the repair. The service company assured me that their report did not contain any information that would cause LG to refuse to repair the appliance and that they were never advised that the part as not ordered or that the ticket was closed. None of our issues have been resolved. We were instructed to work with their local incompetent service companies if we had questions about the service that was performed or to obtain updates. On both issues, we spent weeks trying to resolve the issues locally with the local incompetent service organizations and were eventually refereed back to LG customer service to escalate the issues. We were then advised that the tickets were closed and that they were not going to honor the complaints because the appliance were now out of warranty even though they acknowledged that we advised them of the issues before the expiration of the warranty. Regardless of how we explained the events, it was obvious that the customer service agents I have spoken to are no more capable than an untrained monkey. Their supervisors are not any better. LG does not stand by their products and they try to blame problems with their inferior appliances on the owners. DO NOT PURCHSE LG APPLAINCES. THEY MAY LOOK FANCY BUT THEY ARE STILL THE SAME *** LUCKY GOLDSTAR MANUFACTURED FOR YEARS BEFORE THEY DECIDED TO RE-INVENT THE COMPANY AND MANUFACTURE FANCY LOOKING PRODUCTS..

The servicer most likely is not the problem!

I work as a LG contractor there is no parts or tech support, getting paid is a struggle, and they just don't give a ***! There should be standards applied to them just like the US manufacturers have to abide to! And mostly big box stores sell this sht and they also are

Same as everybody else. Bought $over $13,000 in LG appliances, All top of the line.

Refregerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, Microwave. My refrigerator has leaked water 4 different times, and has Severely damaged my floor. I purchased an extended warranty on all appliances. The refrigerator has leaked from, you name it, from faulty water lines, faulty icemaker, cracked water valve.

Now my Dishwasher is leaking around the bottom seal of the door. This LG stuff is PURE ***!! I am getting ...a complete runaround on them fixing my floor, due to the damage. I wish there was a class action Law Suit I could join.

I am seriously debating an attorney myself. I am SERIOUS TO EVERYONE. If you are in the market for new appliances.

DON"T BUY LG Products!!! You will be sorry you did, Trust me and everyone else here and all over the internet.

I wish I had read this before I bought an LG washer. Same experience here.

I call weekly to get a resolution.

I am with the Executive Relations group and they have never once called me back.

The repair man came out 3 times and cannot fix the issue and they are trying to find another warranty repair person but no one wants to come out. The issue with our machine is that the bleach dispenser does not dump when it is supposed to so it ruins our dark clothes.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING EVER FROM LG.

I bought a LG stainless steel, double door refrigerator 5 years ago from best buy for $1,700.00. The refigerator is so badly made that all the drawers and plastic parts on the refrigerator is breaking. I am single so there is low traffic as far as usage is concern. During the warranty period, I had to call for repair twice. Now that I don't have a warranty, the plactic door latch broke. $185.00 plus $85.00 service call for repair. I dare not try to fix broken drawers and cracks. My sister bought the same, same thing.

Lg Electronics in Singapore, Singapore - EXTREMELy disatisfied with Lg's mobile service.

Ive send in my mobile phone in Singapore for repair and am extremely distraught with the service rendered and communicated information they posted. I waited a month with constant calling for retrieval but all the sales person told me was to wait a little longer due to the part being imported . Shouldnt Lg or any other corporate company show respect to their customers for the given time frame of 3-5 days. The majority can comply with this but why can't LG? Now ive been told to wait 2 more weeks and this isnt something funny to deal with . Does that mean whoever send in their devices to be repair gets this kind of treatment?

I would give LG service negative stars if I could. I purchased a dishwasher in April, model# LDS4821ST, and the unit has worked pretty well. Recently and suddenly, the paint on one of the control buttons started to come off. I called LG, sent them pictures and was told that it was a cosmetic problem and they would not repair. I understand if this was a year or 2 from now but 4 months after purchse the paint is coming off? It is an obvious quality problem. I purchased a washer and a drier from LG about 5 years ago and feel they were of much better quality than their current products. I bought a fridge as well in April and that has problems already as well. LG was totally dismissive and worse, refused to send me their response in writing! I'm still paying for the appliance that already looks *** DO not buy their products,find a company with a good service!

I bought an LG appliance and within 6-7 months the freezer *** out. I then submitted the claim on the LSC27921ST on their online website which claimed I would get a call in 2-3 days. 5 days later I called and there was no record of my claim. I then waited another 8 days and the repair tech has yet to show their face and I took the day off. Called the customer disservice dept and they were clueless as they could not offer any other solution. I asked that they send someone else who could make it and they said well I don't think that was possible...as my food is spoiling in the stainless steel box of ***. Never buy LG.

Lg Electronics in Boca Raton, Florida - LG cannot supply circuit board to repair french door refrig

The parts to repair my 3.5 yr old LG French Door stainless refrig. are unavailable from the manufacturer's parts warehouse. The certified LG repair company has found LG unresponsive to their requests for info on when the parts will be available. Without these parts (fan and circuit board) the refrig willl not operate correctly. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. Finally, the repair company, in a show of good faith, has agreed to provide me with a loaner refrig. until LG gets their act together. I'm wondering if I am looking at a lemon...it seems LG knows there is an engineering problem with the boards and has not issued a recall. I am contacting attorney general of state of Florida to investigate LG consumer practices.
