Lg Electronics in Clermont, Florida - LG LFX25778ST Refriderator Selaed System Failure

Had this Fridge for 5 years - 3 months after extended warranty over - freezer and Fridge no longer cooling. Called LG because of the 7 year sealed system warranty - a big factor in my purchasing this unit. Found out that labor is not covered. Their local certified repair company said its just over $400 to repair it due to the amount of labor involved. That's almost 25% of the cost of the fridge for a repair ! So basically its not worth repairing and will end up in a landfill. This appliance, for the original cost of around $2,250 should last 7-10 years. Will not buy LG again - any appliance what so ever. Isn't there some EPA lawsuit that could be slapped on LG for their sealed system failures ? The whole idea of the sealed system is to prevent the refrigerant from leaking out. I've read some many posts online about the sealed system failures that you would think the EPA would catch wind of this ??????? So thousands of the $2,000 + Refrigerators are just being tossed ? What happened to consumer & environmental protection ?

Purchased this unit from Best Buy on 2-19-15. Ran great for 8 months than started to sound like a jet engine during the spin cycle. Spoke to LG tech support on 1-5-16 and was informed that I needed to run the tub clean cycle, no help. Called back on 2-22-16 and was told the unit was out of warranty. Called a local repairman and was told it was a catastrophic failure. Bearings, tub, seals, stader etc all bad. The cost of repair is more that I paid for the unit. I will never buy anything LG. I will also tell everyone the same.

Purchased a brand VZW LG G4 cash and accidently dropped it after 2-3 weeks of use. To ensure I got it repaired by the experts I called and got advice how to return the item for repair. Followed the instructions to the tee and after weeks of calling LG Customer Support I'm advised that someone signed for the package at the repair facility but they have no idea who and recommended I work with USPS for a solution. USPS responded they delivered to the LG repair center but LG continues to say they did not recieve the device. So I'm caught between two corporate giants and bring advised it is my problem. I am out $585 and at my wits end and have no where else to turn, so I'm seeking relief through complaint sites. By the way I also contacted the Better Business Bureau but LG keeps feeding them the same line. Help, is there no help for ...

I have got a LG dishwasher, worked wonderfully, but don't get a problem with the machine as the repair people are useless. Gives a code HE they replaced the whole heating unit, paid the call out fees but dishwasher still throws out code HE. called the repair people from Johannesburg once again, am still waiting for a reply, problem is still there they do not know how to fix it or where the problem is. they do not answer a phone so no feedback and part was replaced which was not even necessary as the wrong part has been replaced.

Lg Electronics - LG DVD home theatre sound cuts out

I have had to contact LG 4 times plus a call to their third party repair center. The LG responses indicate they do not understand. The only repair facility provided to me is not conveniently located and only open M-F 9 to 5 when I am at work. I called them and they advised that the likely solution to my sound problem is to replace the mainboard for a cost up to $200. I checked out my sound problem with this unit on the web and it is a common problem, therefore LG must be aware of the defect. My LG unit began having intermittent sound problems when it was 3 to 4 years old which has now increased to the point it is unusable. I am surprised that it would fail so soon. I have owned many electronics from other manufacturers in the last 20 years and none have failed like this in such a short time with limited use (I used it maybe once or twice a week). This is the first LG item I have ever owned. I was wondering if LG could offer a goodwill gesture by providing a meaningful rebate towards a new and improved home theater? Or maybe forget about LG products as this one is unreliable and their Customer service is poor

sent my broken headphones back to LG of 8/24/15 using the Fed-Ex label they emailed me which included their RMA number. Waited and waited for them to be returned. Now, I've called them about 8 times. I think they lost them and now are giving me the runaround. called mid-sept; "status will be available after 24-48 hours, call again" called 10/15/15 created a new RA#, escalation set up, "upgraded status" "fault of agent for shipping label used under old RA#", Proved to them (via fed ex) that they received the headphones. "not your fault, really am sorry, we will send an email with tracking when they send the headphones" called 10/26/15 new LG RMA number, and new "ticket#", if not found they will "replace it" called 10/29/15 "no updates" call back in 24-48 hours called 10/30/15 "escalated to repair facility" called 11/4/15 new RMA number again and a new ticket# I have not gotten any response back from LG; just calling them every few days now.

Here I go again I received and e-mail from a lg representative Ms. Holloway,she set me up with a service appointment through A&E factory 9/16/15 he came out and said that it was a manufacturing problem things were missing and things were not bolted in and down properly. I received a receipt from the repair man for labor and parts for $440.42, still no air conditioner fix, replace, or refunded!! I been going though these issues since 7 /15/15 till today I missed all summer trying to stay cool the air conditioner would had help with my asthma! I'm really upset, angry, sad, and feel used I again I don't have $300.00 to give or throw away make me whole! I brought brand new I want brand new an, and excellence condition!! Truly tired this is affecting my health all this back an fourth!!

I sent my $500.00 LG G3 to LG repair service in Fort Worth, TX, via FEDEX , who received on January 27th, 2015 at 10:24 and was signed for by "CSOON". One week later I checked on the phone, nothing. Since then I have had three "Live Chats" and four "Customer Service" phone calls (one of which they hung up on me), each time I got the same run-around, "we'll do a package search, we'll email you in 24 to 48 hours...same old thing. Today is 13 May...still nothing after calling them again. Fed up, never again will I purchase anything from LG!

First breakdown was 5 days beyond year one,Feb 2014. LG did repair for free. Broke down November 2014with sme problem. Cost $97 to fix. Broke down Feb 2015. Cost $87 to learn it needs a $250 repair. I refused. Sent copies of the 3 repair notices to LG. I asked what they are willing to do. Received letter from LG. Thank you for contacting us....our goal is to retain you as a satisfied customer. After the one year you are responsible. Thank you for your invaluable feedback and we look forward to serving you again in the future. I calledthem on the phone to complain about how they want to keep me as a customer,etc. The rep said sorry but NO. Then she asked "is there anything else I can do for you?" I ot annoyed at that and asked her if there was a plan B. She said not to get huffy or she would disconnect me!! That ended the THIRTY MINUTE waste of my time on the phone with LG!!!

Lg Electronics in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - How long should you wait to have your washer fixed? How many calls do you have to make?

So, I and my husband have called LG service at least 6 times in the last month. The washer is no better off today, from the first call. They sent a service man who didn't do any thing but look at the washer. They have ordered parts, that they don't even know will fix it for sure. We are waiting another week to get the parts and service. This is a washer. Really, I will never buy LG again. I am looking into buying a new washer, I could have it delivered in 1 day. Really people, LIVE ISN"T GOOD! Don't waste your hard earned money on this stuff.

I gave been trying to get my washer of 3 months repaired. They have no one in my area.

I call the customer service line and they loss all of my info. They have no record of model number etc. I am beyond frustrated.

The mgr of dept just hung up on me for telling him this is unacceptable. He told me I'm at there mercy.
