Purchased a brand VZW LG G4 cash and accidently dropped it after 2-3 weeks of use. To ensure I got it repaired by the experts I called and got advice how to return the item for repair.
Followed the instructions to the tee and after weeks of calling LG Customer Support I'm advised that someone signed for the package at the repair facility but they have no idea who and recommended I work with USPS for a solution. USPS responded they delivered to the LG repair center but LG continues to say they did not recieve the device. So I'm caught between two corporate giants and bring advised it is my problem. I am out $585 and at my wits end and have no where else to turn, so I'm seeking relief through complaint sites.
By the way I also contacted the Better Business Bureau but LG keeps feeding them the same line.
