I get delivered a tv with a cracked screen and opened it past a 15 day period so now I'm getting completely screwed out of the money spent for the tv and the extra protection plan. We would've been life long customers but after this I'll never buy anything from this company again.

Corporate level and store level both turned their back on me. Accusing me instead of helping me. Their tv warranty is vague. Dont do business with this companu!
