I bought this tv from best buy around Christmas 2015...i got this tv on sale...was told i had manufacturer warranty.plus i bought extended warranty...the panel went out not even two months after i bought it...i have been waiting almost a month for them to fix it...two hours before they were supposed to show up i received a phone call saying the panel was not available and was forced to settle for a tv at a lesser value from best buy...lg warranty stated my tv would be fixed or replaced...TOTAL BS...so now waiting for a Samsung tv in 3 days...i will never buy lg anything again...and will advise everyone i know do do the same....Thanks for NOTHING! LG
