Same problem here started after 2-3 years of ownership. They said it was because I spilled bleach around the dispenser.

Which I never spilled the bleach to rust it out.

Well now it has started behind the glass door under the controls which is no where near the bleach dispenser. No help at all from LG

I agree. By the way that I was treated on the phone to day, it is obvious that they don't care once you have bought their product.

I'm debating whether to send my cell phone in for repair or just buy a new once. It is only 2 months old. They won't send me a loaner phone while they try to fix it. I could be out for a while without a phone.

They could charge me , even though it is under warranty. The customer support disconnected our call without even telling me!

I will make it a point to never purchase an LG product again!!! Will update if I send my phone in but I'm pretty scared to do so.

LG never honored anything. I called them and they gave us a number to a repair company that did not have the part in stock.

So we had to resort to fixing a $1000.00 washer that was only 4 years old and pay $434.00 to have it fixed. As I said I will never buy another LG...

I paid lots of money for what I thought was top of the line. It wasnt even 2 years old when the dishwasher quit working.

It wouldnt turn on! I called them & they gave me their repairman's number. I called. It would be $150 for the guy to just drive to our house, then and additional $150-175 for labor.

What a joke. Never again will I buy LG.

It's always best now to buy a cheaper appliance and when it breaks, just throw out and replace with another cheap one. Remember, the more "bells and whistles" an appliance has, the more probable you will have something break sooner rather than later.

I am facing the same problem. A $2200 shiny {{Redacted}} that stopped cooling after 5 years.

I can't find an authorized dealer anywhere near us and other repairmen do not want to repair it because they say LG does not reimburse them. We have been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks and the last repairman I spoke to told me it is a sealed system problem and that LG would pay for the compressor but the service call is $200 and the labor cost is 450.00. I am stunned and angry.

I have read post after post describing the same issue. This is unbelievable!!!

I Wish I could imagine this problem happening to myself. LG also, did not honor my system sealed warranty. The only level was executive customer service, who was not knowledgeable, unprofessional and rude. I will never buy LG again, I will replace all other LG appliances in the next couple of years, and never buy LG again! My sealed system warranty (compressor, condenser, dryer, evaporator, tubing). Most other repairs will not touch your fridge with warranty in effect, $1500 for labor, and display!!!! Warranties are legal however, they fail to mention that other parts, labor, freon are involved are not covered! NEVER AGAIN LG!!!!

I left the original review (this is Kdublu1). Two weeks after receiving the replacement pair, THE LG INFINIM Bluetooth Headsets FAILED AGAIN!

LOW to NO SOUND FROM THE LEFT EARBUD! I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY LG PRODUCT AGAIN. The problem is a design flaw in the retractable ear piece. The cord is to thin and flimsy for pulling out and retracting on a continuous bases.

I believe they know this and won't issue a recall and fix the cord issue. For $150 you cannot justify this design flaw LG!

Had the sound go out in my right earbud, still under warranty. Got jerked around by the CS and a whole shitton of 'This will void the warranty' which includes ACTUAL PHYSICAL WEAR AND TEAR OF THE UNIT. Including sending them out on my own cost. Which always scores more points. 'Your stuff broke, and now I have to pay to ship it out so you guys can *maybe* fix it?' These guys suck. Never buying from these guys again. Save your money and buy some non-LG ones off Amazon. Never doing buisness with LG again. The CS circle *** is never, ever worth it.

Customer Service Sucks | Lg Electronics in Lyons, Colorado

Purchased an LG washer 2 weeks ago. Have tried unsuccessfully to register on line for my warranty. Will not accept that I am in the U.S. Keeps coming up with phone numbers for Iraq, Jordon, Syria and Lebanon. So will not accept the Model #. Finally found a number for questions and complaints and could NOT understand the rep. Did NOT speak English very well. So I requested a supervisor and waited 17 minute to speak with him. His ears are still burning!! I suggested that they hire reps that speak English WELL for those customers in U.S. Have no complaints about washer but will never buy another LG product because CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
