I bought an LG Washer 2 years ago. The drum and agitator began spinning uncontrollably and the washer quit working.

They sent out a technician and the nut from the drum came loose. Took 2 minutes to tighten the nut. The drum has a "lifetime" warranty. However LG charged me $200 to tighten their defective craftsmanship, and they don't even put lock tight on the nut to stop it from happening again.

I think $200 to tighten a nut that should never come loose is ridiculous. Lg refuses to work with me on the charge, and they just keep saying its a legitimate charge. Took 2 years for a $1200 washer to fall apart, and then they charge $200 to tighten the main drum nut that should have never came apart. Their warranty is junk.

LG is a junk company. Buyer beware!
