Have a bad fridge 3 service calls for the same reason and LG wont replace the product they had the nerve to tell me the problem is not the same problem customer service had a bad attitude with me. i got very upset kept telling many people the same story all sympathetic nut no action just stonewallers.

dont buy LG EVER! NOW I HAVE TWO MORE SERVICE CALLS SCHEDULE FOR DIFFERENT REASONS I CONTACTED HOME DEPOT THEY TOLD ME THE POLICY WAS 3 SCHEDULE CALLS WERE GOOD ENOUGHH TO GET A REPLACEMNET LG DOES NOT ADHERE TO THIS SAME REASONING

Monetary Loss: $1300.
