Declined to fix although purchased less than 1 year ago. Known hardware issue. LG will no longer get any of my business and I will take to social media untill they make good

Both stuck in a boot loop lost everything very well known issue but a replacement phone is too little to late. Thousands of pics, documents, and files GONE!!!!
Why wait till this happens if its a known issue especially with the early release G4's. Lets track down a receipt and mail in to wait on a response. I have 2 LG TV's a Blu-ray player and I doesn't matter to anyone in customer service. Had it not been for reaching out to LG this KNOWN issue would be something I personally never knew about.
Don't wait till its to late. NO phone no backup phone just stuck at the mercy of LG and will have to pay AGAIN to activate another phone..
