I bought LG G3 Phone from ATT in July 2014. since I had continuous problems with the phone (No connectivity, Loss in Data speed and Resetting of device itself).
LG failed to honor any service request and keep sending me the same unit.Now after 13 months I have noticed cracks appearing close to the headphone area and I was surprised that lots of customers complained it in US and Canada.
Since it's a known manufacturing defect I called them and Bell but both refused to do anything without costing me $150. I am totally disappointed with LG and will never buy or recommend the phone to any one
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of lg g3. Lg Electronics needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
