I have a LG G5 and use the GPS function often for work. One day, the GPS just stopped working.

I spoke to Verizon and Best Buy representatives who both informed be that this was a common software issue with this phone, and that I should call LG. LG told me that the phone was out of warranty, and although it was a known issue to them, they were not able to help, unless I sent my phone in for three weeks and paid $300 to repair the phone. I now have to purchase a new phone.

It's unreasonable and ridiculous that LG is unwilling to fix an issue that is consistent and common across a specific phone model. Will be buying a new phone, and it will not be LG, ever again.
