Dears, I bought my LG G5 at September 2016 and it was Ok then suddenly on the 13th of April it turned off and didn't work again, when I went to LG Egypt support center at 5th settlement once they checked the phone they informed my that the board and processor are dead and needs to be changed or it wont work again which caused me losing all the data on the phone plus money needed to fix it !! Can you explain to me how come whithin 7 months ONLY my phone dies like that as you know of course it's not cheap at all and you are supposed to be a trustworthy company and I used to recommend you to everone I know!!!

My phone serial number is 604KPZK043133 LG-860 I need an immediate solution as I'm not supposed to pay for it twice within this short time.

I bought my mobile from Kuwait when i was in business trip, and i am in Egypt now, a LG customer service from Egypt called me, and told me they cant do anything, and i have return the mobile back to Kuwait , is that a reasonable, a global company have no global branded grantee. And support here in Egypt want me to pay almost 40% from the mobile cost to fix it, and that not my fault at all, it your device bad issue, i need a solution here the mobile didn't exceed one year working with me, with no scratch and it dead from it self with a faulty motherboard
