I purchased an LG5 phone in July 2017. Found issues with it in Sept.
Have had my phone looked at by techs 4 times. Lastest time the report came back NO ISSUE WITH PHONE. Are you kidding me??? Do you think I am doing this for fun?
That I want to be without my phone 7 - 10 days each time? That I want to spend hours on the phone with your customer service? That I wait for calls to be returned that never are? When I call LG they tell me they stand behind their tech reports and if they say phone is fine than they cannot do anything.
Please stand in the customer's shoes. Why would I be doing this.
I WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND AN LG PRODUCT. PLEASE BEWARE.
