We have a new LG refrigerator that broke within 6 months of use. It is clearly a lemon but getting it fixed is a nightmare.
They sent out a repairman to de-ice the refrigerator and he told us that we must be using it incorrect (how you use a refrigerator incorrectly is a mystery). Needless to say, it didn't fix the problem.
So, back to LG that sent us to a different repair group. Two weeks later they told us they didn't have time - thanks LG.
Onto the next group. LG supposedly scheduled them to come out. We received a call that day (after waiting) and were told that LG hadn't sent them the part.
We are going on a month now - for the second fix.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of lg electronics refrigerator from Lg Electronics. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Lg Electronics to offer any options to resolve the issue.
The most disappointing in user's experience was lack of customer support. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
