I have contacted LG through 7 chats, two phone calls, in which they acknowledge that they signed for my returned blue tooth and then cannot find it. Every time they say they will escalate the case - NOPE. Last two phones calls - we will call you back - NOPE.
I have provided the tracking number showing LG received it - what is so hard to admit you lost it and just replace the thing? Is a $100 blue tooth too much to ask for - obviously not if their docking agent took it home?
