In June 2016 I purchased the LG Bluetooth HBS 810. I paid 100.00 for the headset.

In December 2016 one of the headset buds stop working. I mailed to LG and they replaced the headset with a new headset 12/2016. In 12/2017 the same problem occurred with the new headset. One of the earbuds stopped working.

I called LG customer server and was told the warranty no longer applied to the new headset that was sent. Although I had it shy of a few days from being a year. I thought out of good faith and standing behind their product they would repair or send a new one.

They refused to assist It is obvious there is a malfunction with the earbuds. I do not recommend this product.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $95.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Like the ease of use for the bluetooth.

I didn't like: Product only lasted one year.
