Not resolved

I recently (45 days ago) purchased a new Lg Motion for which I paid $240.00. I have insurance with the cell phone provider and my phone is still under the manufacturer warranty.

However in the past 45 days, my phone has been replaced twice because of technical issues and it's currently frozen and I cannot use it at all! When I called the LG manufacturer I spoke to the "Execitive Department" and all he said was "I can't tell you anything but to send me your phone, pay the shipping and handling and wait 7-14 days for a new phone"! Are you kidding me? I already sent the phone in twice, paid shpiping twice and was out a phone for 10 days TWICE!

I asked him to give me a refund because of all the issues with this phone as his response was "sorry we don't do refunds" Then what the *** do you guys do?

NOTHING AT ALL!!! I will NEVER purchase any other product from LG EVER!
