My LG NAS won't boot, still under warranty, called and chat-ed with them online, gave me the run-around to e-mail and will get a response 2-3 days later, never got a response. This NAS has 8 TB worth of information.
More important than the microwave oven they are supporting via the phone. I trusted this brand and I was wrong. Horrible experience. No more LG.
They will not give me a ticket number and will not connect me to a manager.
At least they should put the error codes online, or a pdf of the parts or any help.
It is not right to leave your customers high and dry. Despicable
