REPAIR # A0166G90749 This is a irritated customer who is fed up with your phone & service,I am without a phone since last 5 months, thanks to BAD LG repair service center. 1)Nexus 5 - always had a power button problem and I was an effected customer.
Everytime I called support about the issue was told some manual fixes but never replaced with. Finally one day during OS upgrade device rebooted due to this issue and everything was gone. 2)Anyways I agreed for repair & Shipped the device that reached you on August 15, 2016( USPS Tracking#471658434291835 ). REPAIR # A0166G90749 3)Paid $72 on 19th August -when I was told to repair time of 5-7 business days 4)On multiple calls got wrong device on 9th Sep (Fedex471658434291835) 5)Again almost called multiple times no ETA on when the device is getting back to me.
6)Was asked to ship back the wrong device back to LG> now I have sent back this and there is no response from LG and left without a phone. Fedex #9612417848013912844954 Almost 5 months had been without a phone, this is cheating and non conformance to what was agreed at repair payment time.
I want my device (Nexus 5 IMEI352584060758387) asap and refund of the repair cost. This is highly non professional & zero customer satisfaction for known issue in Nexus5.
