Plasma TV died after a year of use. Called tech support and they requested a copy of receipt by email with date of purchase. Submitted to their request and I was told that it wasn't enough and was denied warranty coverage. The receipts showed plain as day the date purchased and LG management still refused coverage.
I asked to speak with a level 3 management and of course they were unavailable. Sick and tired of the run around from this company!
Where else can I post complaints about LG????? I need to get the word out about crappy products from this MFR.
