We purchased a LG refrigerator in 2006. In 2012 we discovered a leak in the water line.

It ruined the drywall and refrigerator panel. We paid to have this all repaired. 2 months later this happened again.(we again paid to have it repaired) We then discovered that it had leaked behind all of our kitchen cabinets causing a huge mold issue. We had to file a claim with our insurance company to cover it replacing all of our kitchen cabinets.

We then paid an LG repair man to fix the waterline.(150.00) It just broke AGAIN! LG will do NOTHING to help us with the refrigerator!

I agree. I purchased a refrigerator no more than two years ago and after 1 week the water and ice make went out.

I made an attempt to contact LG directly and spoke to the most rude representative.

I can't believe that a multi million company can't even provide the consumer an opportunity to describe the issues that I've had. Very disappointed
