Daily I am given an appointment time. No one shows up. No one calls me. I call the service center and they reschedule the appointment. No one shows up. No one calls me. I call the service center and they reschedule the appointment. This has gone on for 14 days. I still have not had my refrigerator repaired. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS MUCH TROUBLE TRYING TO GET SERVICE IN MY 70 YEARS.

I WILL NEVER BUY LG AGAIN. I URGE EVERYONE TO NEVER BUY THESE PRODUCTS,

The service department is incompetent, impolite, and seems to be oblivious to the turmoil that I have had in my life dealing with them every day for 2 weeks with no progress with my issue and no refrigerator.

I NEED HELP!
