Bought a 55 inch smart tv with Roku in 2016. After just a month on using the tv it would turn off on its on and wouldn't hook to my internet.

Called LG and they had Geek uad come and look at it and they discovered that the mother board and wifi board here defective. Lg sent me the parts and Geek Squad came and installed them and my tv worked great. now just about 2 years to the day I now have the same issues with the tv. Called Geek Squad and they refused to do anything as my 1 year warranty had expired.

Called LG the customer service rep said the same thing. Called AG office in Maine and they stated that no matter what I have a 4 year warranty per state of Maine. Now waiting for a call back from LG corporate headquarters in Alabama. I will keep posting until I get the resolved.

I will never buy another LG product again. Who knew that a 900.00 tv only last 2 years?
